Shipping Policy
For Indian shipment, Our online store https://www.smallindustry.in (an initiative by Usha Creatives and Print Co.) shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s). Generally, Time for Order processing SLA is 2-3 days.
For International delivery (except prohibited countries), Order processing time SLA is 4-5 days including assignment in the hands of International Courier Company subject to availability of shipping slot and overall socio-political condition. For Physical goods, the delivery may take 20-60 days depending upon Locations. In case of Virtual/Downloadable item, It may take instantly or maximum 24-48 hours upon fact check on purchase order.
However, Buyer shall understand and confirm that the store shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of the authority, provided, the authority takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.
We dispatch the material by both the ways (By Surface & by Air) but the condition is, if the product is below or equal to 12 kg shall mostly attract Air logistics. Above 12 kg shall be dispatched by surface logistics. International Shipments shall not be exceeded over 20 kgs and must follow the set norms as per Government of India’s Export guidelines.
We do not offer Free Shipping/COD.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?
If you are a resident in India, Please check your PIN CODE in the box mentioned after button “Add to Cart”.
Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase.
In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner delivery list.
Who are the Delivery Partners?
Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like Ekart, Shadowfax, Delhivery, Blue dart, DTDC, Indiapost for National shipments. For International shipments, We send through Logistics partners such as — Aramex, DHL, Gati, UPS, Indiapost Foreign (EMS) etc. For Bulky and Heavy Shipments within India, generally VRL Logistics is provided on extra charges.
Does SMALL INDUSTRY deliver internationally?
Yes, internationally, except some restricted countries hostile to India. Also some prohibited items/condition may not apply for international delivery. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address of any Indian location (This location shall be altered by our team to your foreign location). Which Payment Method(s) are provided ?
All payments must be done as Prepaid before we ship the order. We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card & Net Banking.
