For Indian shipment, Our store smallindustry.in (aka Usha Creatives and Print Co.) shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s). Generally, Time for Order processing SLA is 3 days.
For International delivery (except prohibited countries), Order processing SLA is 4-5 days including assignment to International Courier subject to availability and socio-political condition.
However, User understands and confirms that the store shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of the authority, provided, the authority takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.
We dispatch the material by both the ways (By Surface & by Air) but the condition is, if the product is below or equal to 12 kg shall mostly attract Air logistics . Above 12 shall be dispatched by surface logistics. International Shipment will not be exceeded over 20 kgs and must follow the norms.
We do not offer Free Shipping/COD.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?
If you are a resident in India, Please check your PIN CODE in the box mentioned after button “Add to Cart”.
Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase.
In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner delivery list.
Who are the Delivery Partners?
Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like Delhivery, Blue dart, Professional, DTDC, Indiapost for National. For International Aramex, DHL, Gati, UPS, Indiapost Foreign (EMS) etc.
Does SMALL INDUSTRY deliver internationally?
Yes, internationally, except some restricted countries hostile to India. Also some prohibited items/condition may not apply for international delivery. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address of any Indian location (This location shall be altered by our team to your foreign location). Payment Method
All payments must be done prior (Prepaid) to us before shipping the order. We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card & Net Banking.
No COD is accepted. Post Covid-19, as a precaution, Cash Transaction is prohibited by our management.
